I am full-time designer and part-time quilt artist. I love fabric and have been sewing since I was a little girl. I began by making Barbie doll clothes and gradually worked my way up to making my own clothes. My sister Patty gave me my first sewing machine (a Sears Kenmore) the Christmas I was 12.
I live in North Carolina with my wonderful husband and four (yes, four) kitty cats. My studio is kinda messy but it works for me. I love all types of fabric, especially batiks. I hope you will enjoy coming along on my art quilt adventure.
